A delicious salad, in which I have chosen the quantities so that they can measure children without reading and writing.
I took small (decoration) glasses as a measure, you can also take a small cup or an empty jam glass. It is easy to measure quantities.

Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!
Cook the tortellini in the salted water.
Drain the pasta in a sieve and pour it over with cold water. Now let the tortellini become cold in a salad bowl.
Measure a small glass (or cup) of dried or dried pickled tomatoes.
Measure a glass of Parmesan cheese.
A glass of fresh basil leaves.
Count about 15 cashew cores.
4 tablespoons of oil (from the glass of pickled tomatoes) and
Measure 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar Bianca.
Provide all measured ingredients.
Place cashew seeds, parmesan cheese, dried tomatoes and fresh basil with salt and pepper in the mixing container.
Crushing until a uniform mass is formed.
Then add the oil and vinegar.
Add some water depending on the desired consistency. Mix everything well.
The pesto should be a creamy mass, not too fluid!
Wash party tomatoes and measure 2 glasses.
Measure 1 glass of mini mozarella balls.
Measure 1 glass of stoned olives (black, green or both mixed).
quarters of tomatoes,
Halve mozarella balls and
Cut olives into slices (rings).
Now add all ingredients (except the pesto!) to the cooled tortellini.
Add the pesto only when the other ingredients are mixed.
Tip: You don't have so many small glasses, then immediately put the measured ingredients in the mixing pot.
=> For the pesto: if you only have one glass, immediately place the ingredients in the mixing pot after measuring.

Carefully subdue Pesto.

The salad tastes delicious for grilling or as an independent meal.
You can leave the salad covered in the fridge for a bit.
Let your kids help, there's a lot to do and it's easy to measure with the little glass.
The Pesto also loosely reaches the crowd for 500g Tortellini! But we like it with this amount.
For the children it is so nice to help! So, let us help you!
