Paint a template for a fir tree.
Just in a triangle.
Cut out the template.
Now take an old pair of jeans and turn them to the left.
The inside is now outside.
Now you put the template on the jeans fabric and transfer the triangle onto the fabric.
For this, the triangle surrounds with a pen.
Paints several triangles on the jeans fabric.
Then cut out the triangles.
For each fir tree you need two triangles.
Every fir tree should have a felt star and a button.
That's why you're painting a star template.
As an aid you can also use a cookie cutter or a decoration star that you surround.
Paints stars on the felt with the template depending on the number of fir trees and cuts them out.
Get the branch pieces ready.
Find the buttons together.
And binds small hangers from the package line.
For this you cut off a piece of package cord and knot both ends together.
If you sew the button with the sewing machine, then first sink the transport feet of the sewing machine. So the button remains when sewing.
Then you put the felt star and a button on a denim triangle.
Position the button centrally under the sewing foot. Now set the largest zigzag stitch.
Attention: Now operate the sewing machine manually. Continue turning the little foot with the rotary wheel. Not with the pedal!
Stitches many times into the buttonholes until the button is fixed.
Then cut off the strings.
Put two trees together.
The buttons and stars each point outwards.
At the top you place the hangers between the two trees. Either you stick both trees together or sew the edge of the trees together with the sewing machine.
For sewing:
First fix the two parts of the fir tree with needles.
At the bottom a piece of the fabric remains open. Here the branch is to be inserted later.
Now you sew around the outsides of the triangle.
