First heat the oven to 170 degrees of top and bottom heat and put out your baking tray with baking paper.
Then mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl.
Now add the egg, the quark, the milk and the oil. With the kneading of the stirrer you knead everything together. Then knead the dough with your hands until a smooth dough is formed.
Tip: If the dough is too sticky, add some flour.
Then divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Leave some dough to form 8 rabbit tails later.
Now spread some flour on the work surface. Then roll out each of the 8 portions a long snake.
Now you cross the ends of the snake/roll.
Then you turn the cross in once. The rabbit body is ready.
Now you form a ball for the rabbit's tail. For this you take a piece of dough and roll it in the palm of your hand to a small ball.
Now you can roll the haretail in colorful sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles. Alternatively, you can just leave it as it is.
Now, before baking, you'll brush the rabbits with milk.
Then you push her into the oven for 20 minutes.
They're ready as soon as they have a golden brown color.
Have fun and enjoy your appetite!
