Wash potatoes
Peel potatoes
Wash potatoes again.
Stitch a hole through each potato with the apple cutter. In this hole a small sausage is put!
Stitch the hole through the potato so that the sausage looks out to the left and right.
We use the potato sticks as thick fries. (See below!)
Remove the brothed (Nürnberger) sausage from the packaging. The sausage comes cold and not fried in the potato. Instead, put the sausage through the hole in the potato. To the left and right, a little sausage should look out of the potato.
Brush a casserole with olive oil and put in the potato sausages.
Place all potato sausages side by side in the casserole.
Season with salt, pepper and pepper, drizzle some olive oil over it and spread a few branches of rosemary over it.
Now put the potato fries in a small casserole and season with salt, pepper and pepper. Here you could also use French sausage salt.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the potato sausages and fries for about 45 minutes.
After 30 minutes put the knife into the potato sausages and into the fries to test if they are already finished.
Remove the finished potato sausages from the oven and serve!
Enjoy!
