Cut to the fabric! 2 times!

Lay fabric parts as they need to be sewn. No need to stick tight! Look picture!

The lower fabric lies, the upper one is always drawn in such a way that both fabric edges always lie cleanly on each other.
It is sewn until only a 2cm wide piece remains open!
Turn the fabric part around.
Provide lenses and funnels. With the help of the funnel, the ball is now filled!
Filling quantity depends on how you want the ball to bounce!
Now sew the opening with needle and thread!
The anti-stress ball is ready!
