A winter dessert, which is made quickly. Only 3 ingredients make this delicious dessert. Buttermilk yoghurt in the taste of plum cinnamon, natural yoghurt and speculatius.
If you freeze it, you can also enjoy it as ice (cooled) dessert.
This fast dessert is perfect for cold winter days, Advent season, Christmas or New Year's Eve.

You'll need three speculators per glass.
Put the speculator in a plastic bag.
Then you crush the cookies with your hand by crushing them.
Then you distribute the crushed cookies in small glasses. See that the floor is covered.
As the next layer, you put two tablespoons of buttermilk yoghurt with plum-cimt flavour (alternative: orange-sandthorn!) on the biscuit cumin.
Now another layer of Speculatius follows.
Then give in each glass a tablespoon of natural yoghurt.
Then give you half a tablespoon of buttermilk yoghurt over it.
At the end decorated some mini cake men on the finished dessert.
Or put a broken speculate cookie in the dessert.
Now you're freezing dessert.
Tip: You can also put the small dessert in the freezer for an hour. Then it tastes particularly delicious.
