AdventurerEagleA piece of soap can be used to carve beautiful figures and motifs with a breadtime knife. All you need is a piece of soap, a knife and a wooden board. Advanced and experienced carvers can use carving tools or small files and knives. Look inside and let yourself be surprised how easy you can carve a nice gift from a soap, for example.
First, look for all the materials for carving together.
Then consider a motive. Simple shapes, such as a heart, a moon, a butterfly or a whale, are suitable.
Scratches the contour into the soap with a crayon.
Then cut off the edge with the knife.
You push the knife through the soap.
If the shape is roughly cut, then work with the knife. Cut the contours very finely.
Collect the soap, the leftovers, in a small bowl.
When the shape is finished, you rub with the kitchen sponge and some water the brand name of soap. But rub the soap vigorously at the rough spot of a sponge.
Then dries the soap with a dishcloth.
Now do some work with a small file or a small knife.
Finally, you wash the soap under running water. So sanding and interfaces disappear.
Let the soap dry now.
