From puff pastry we conjure up some chocolate nut snails with children.
To do this, we first paint a chocolate cream on the puff pastry. Then we scatter almonds and roll the whole thing together. Then we cut the roll into 2cm wide pieces and place it flat on a baking sheet. In the oven, small sweet finger food snails become.

Roll the puff pastry roll and spread with chocolate cream (e.g. nutella).
Sprinkle chopped almonds on the chocolate cream.
Now roll the dough plate loosely from one side.
Cut the dough roll into approx. 2cm wide pieces.
Place the dough rings with the cutting edge upwards on a baking tray (with baking paper).
Sprinkle the top of the dough snails with a few chopped almonds.
Bake in the preheated oven to 180 degrees hot air for about 15-20 minutes to the desired tan.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before consumption.
The snails are suitable for a sweet buffet, for children's birthday party, as finger food or as sweet treats?.
