These puff pastry sticks are simple, fast and ideal for children's help. Sprinkle puff pastry with cinnamon and sugar, roll together, turn in and bake. A small pastry if it has to be done quickly!

Roll up the puffy dough roll.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (mix this).
Roll the dough strips closely in length.
Cut the dough roll with a sharp knife, but don't cut it!!!
Take the dough roll at the ends and turn it in the opposite direction.
Cut the twisted dough roll into any size.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar again.
Place the turned dough pieces on a baking tray (set with baking paper!).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air. The turned rods are now baked for about 15 minutes to the desired tan.
Let the baked sticks cool a bit before eating. They taste best freshly baked and still a little warm.
