Roll up the pastry roll. Halve the dough with the knife.
Cut a thin strip of dough.
Form this in the hand to form a ball. (Through kneading and rolling)
Roll dough balls back and forth in grated Parmesan cheese until the whole dough ball is covered with Parmesan cheese.
Place ready balls on a baking tray filled with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven to 180 degrees of hot air for about 15-20 minutes to the desired tan.
Let the doughballs cool.
