Wash radishes and remove leaves and root thread
Use a knife to cut the radish side by side piece (thin).
Fill a glass or bowl with water
Place radishes in it. Leave for about 5-10 minutes in the water.
The Röschen "something's up!"
Now you can use the radishes as decoration on a salad or serve it on a sausage or cheese plate for lunch.
