Even harvested radishes simply taste best! They fit perfectly with salad cucumbers, so on hot days there is this delicious fresh salad with butterbread with us for dinner. And the children can diligently help with cutting. Small children can also try the ingredients raw and tell how the ingredients taste.

Wash the cucumber and radishes.
Cucumber also quarter and cut into thin slices. Let the children try and ask for what a cucumber tastes like and how a radish tastes.
Put both in a bowl.
Cut off fresh chives, wash and cut small with scissors over the bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and cream. Add a pinch of sugar.
Now mix everything well.
Place in one or more bowls.
