Our favorites at Easter are these rabbits made of quark oil dough with cinnamon and sugar. Fresh they are best!
These tasty rabbits are pinned with liquid butter before and after baking and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar immediately after baking.
Try it out, also packed in a bag a nice souvenir at Easter.

Weighs or messes all the ingredients for the dough and put them in the thermomix (or in the kitchen machine) kneads everything for 2 minutes on the dough level (or with the kneading of the kitchen machine).
Then take out the dough and form it into a dough ball.
Put the dough in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough on the floured countertop. It can be up to a maximum of half a centimeter thick.
Then cut out the rabbits from the dough.
Place the rabbits on a sheet covered with baking paper. Leave some space between the rabbits, because they still open when baking.
Now you warm the butter in a bowl so that it is liquid.
Fill the rabbits with butter before baking.
Then put it in the preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees of hot air for about 10 minutes.
After baking, you also brush the still hot rabbits with liquid butter.
Spreads a hare with butter and then immediately spreads some cinnamon-sugar mixture over it.
You have to finish one rabbit at a time, otherwise the cinnamon-sugar mixture will no longer stick on the butter.
Let the rabbits cool down for a while.
Then put it on a plate and serve it fresh.
You can also pack these delicious rabbits in a bag and give them away fresh.

As an alternative to the cinnamon-sugar-variant, you only sprinkle the rabbits with vanilla sugar after brushing (with butter). Also these rabbits are super tasty. Try out what you like.
