Confetti is simply part of the carnival! Make large confetti out of no longer needed or already collected screw glass lids. Also, the lids of tin cans (only when a can opener is used to round off the edges!) are wonderfully suitable to glue them and hang them on a cord.
A room decoration, in which the smallest ones can already co-build. The sticking on of the colorful snippets playfully promotes the fine motor skills and the concept of sustainability in the use of materials, which are actually to be thrown away, is already conveyed to the smallest ones.
See for yourself how easy sustainable crafting is!

Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!
Before it starts, get ready for all the materials, use a craft pad and put on a paint coat (or an old shirt).
Uses as colorful advertising brochures as possible. The thin sheets are very well suited to tear snippets out of them.
First you separate a single sheet from the booklet and tear it into thin strips. Then you tear the strips into small snippets.
The snippets are said to be mixed in colour.
If you want to make with tin can lid, you can remove the lids with a can opener (which rounds off the edges!).
You can also collect can lids before the craft action.
When the lids are cut off, check that they have no sharp edges! Let an adult help you with this.
Before it goes on, rinse the lids and dry them well.
Next, brush the lid on one side with glue, paste or wood glue (the white glue becomes transparent after drying).
Then you put colorful snippets on the lid.
The lid can be glued individually and kuntbunt.
Now you also glue the back with snippets and let the lid dry.
Then take a colorful wool thread and stick the lid to the thread. This should be done by an adult with the hot glue gun. So you can hang the giant confetti easily.
Collects screw glass lids in different sizes and possibly also in different colors. Also printed lids can be used for this.
First, apply the glue to the inside of the lid and stick the paper snippets on it. The inside should be glued first if possible, because then the glue does not stick to the table when turning.
It should be glued to both the outside and the inside.
If a few snippets fall off again when turning, you can just stick them on again.
Now put the lids to dry.
At the end you cut off a wool thread and stick the lids to the cord. With the hot glue gun this works best. (Let an adult do that - risk of injury!)
With the giant confettis you can decorate your room and be ready for the next carnival party.
Have fun trying out.
