AdventurerKatziThis cheesecake is quickly stirred and then only has to be filled into glasses. In 20 minutes it is then out of the oven again and can still be eaten warm. When measuring only tablespoons and teaspoons are taken as a measure this also makes it easier for children to work independently.
The quantity of the quark mass is enough for 3 to 4 small glasses. But you can double or triple the quantities if you have more guests.

Wash your hands and put on a cook's apron.
Provides all ingredients and materials.
A pack of quark already has 250 grams. You don't need to weigh anything for this.
Put the quark in a middle bowl.
Take an egg. Hit it on an edge (e.g. the edge of the bowl or a cup). Grab the edge with both thumbs and gently pull the egg shells apart.
Put the whole egg in the bowl for the quark.
Take a tablespoon and put a heaped tablespoon full of gries in the bowl.
Then you need a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Add it to the bowl.
The last ingredient is two tablespoons of sugar.
Now all the ingredients are already in the bowl.
Turn on your stove. It has to be preheated to 160-180 degrees. There should be an adult nearby, who you can get to help if you put the glasses in the oven.
Take a whisk of snow and mix all the ingredients.
Stir until a creamy mass is formed.
Now you need 3-4 small glasses. Small jam jars are very good for this. Fill carefully with a teaspoon the quark mass. The glass edge should remain clean, otherwise the quark traces burn while baking.
Fills the glasses only a little over half full, because the quark rises very much when baking. However, it collapses again when cooling down, that is normal!
Get the adult to help you. Put the glasses in the oven on a grating. Bake the cheesecake in the glass for about 20-25 minutes.

Take the glasses carefully out of the oven (with potholders!). Let yourself be helped, they are very hot. When cooling down, the quark mass collects again. That's normal!
Place the cheesecake glass on a saucer and serve it either lukewarm or cold. The cake is spooned out of the glass directly.
If you want to give away the cake, you can simply close it with the screw-glass lid and it is so well packaged.
Alternatively, the cheesecake can be spiced up with chocolate drops or manderins (from the can) or fresh blueberries at the next baking. Put them on top of the quark mass before baking.
Just back up your toppings.
