The strawberry season is a pleasure for children. Strawberries also taste very tasty pured, e.g. as a strawberry nut to a natural yoghurt. A quick dessert for hot summer days.

First, wash and clean the strawberries.
Strawberries do not have to be sweetened with sugar. Let the children taste the sweetness of the fruits and if the sweetness is not enough, then add a piece of a ripe banana.
Then fill the strawberries in the smoothie maker to crush them. Alternatively, use a bowl with a puree or crush the strawberries with the fork.
Now fill two to three tablespoons of creamy natural yoghurt in a small glass.
Then put some strawberry on the yoghurt.
Finished is a delicious, very healthy dessert.
Try it yourself!
Have fun and enjoy it!
