These little tarts are a treat and they look so beautiful summery. The children enjoy baking and snacking.

Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!
The children wash their hands and put on an apron.
When weighing the ingredients, the children alternately help. All the ingredients for the dough (cherry dough) come into a bowl (butter, potato and corn starch, salt, erythritol, egg). Knead a dough from it. This can be done with the stirring machine or by hand. Then cool the dough for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough. The children cut out circles with a large glass and place them in the tartelettes. Press the dough into the moulds a little bit more, so that the edge is evenly. Put small holes in the dough with the fork.
Bake the tartelettes at 180 degrees above/underheat for about 20 minutes. Then allow to cool briefly.
Meanwhile, cook a vanilla pudding according to the package instructions. Place the warm pudding with the ladle in the tartelettes.
The children wash the strawberries, remove the drink and cut them once in the middle. Then the children can place the strawberries on the pudding.
Cook a casserole according to the package instructions and spread over the fruits with a tablespoon.
If the heir-tartelettes are cold, then decorate with a mint leaf.
Who likes can dust powder sugar over it.
The children can wash their hands and then sew the tarts.
Enjoy!
The strawberry tartelets are also a change for birthday cake or a great gift for Mother's Day or Father's Day.
