Put on apron, wash your hands and let's go. Roll up the puff pastry first. Then, a glass cuts out a circle. This becomes the head of the pig.
Then a second circle emerges. You cut it apart in the middle.
These two semicircles become the ears.
Cut the semicircles in the middle at the straight line. Then hit the incision a bit above each other.
Now you cover the upper part of the head where you want to place the ears with a little egg yolk and press the ears on it.
Finally, you form both ears pointed at the extreme edge.
Now halve a hackball and put it with the cut edge down on the face. The hackball becomes the nose.
Now you bake the pig for about 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees of hot air.
After cooling down, with the mayonnaise you pat your eyes and nostrils on the face of the lucky pig. For this you can use a toothpick or a knife.
The pig's head is ready!
Good luck with this little lucky charm!
