You need a slim high glass, mineral water with carbonic acid and red lentils.
Now fill water in the glass and slowly drop a few lentils into the water with a teaspoon.
Now you can watch the dancing lenses!
The more carbonic acid in the water, the more beautiful the movement is in the glass.
Have fun trying it out!
The same experiment also works with rice.
Also fills carbonated water in a glass.
Immediately after that you let a few rice grains slide into the water. Don't wait too long, because the carbonic acid escapes from the water!
And then take your time to watch.
