We fold an umbrella either for hanging or as a design element on a sheet of paper. The folding of the umbrella is very easy and is also suitable for small children.
On rainy days a great craft idea with many small details and work steps. Of course this also applies to sunny days. Parasol Fold.

Place round folding paper in different colours and pipe cleaners.
For each folding paper circle, proceed as follows:
Fold half and spread out.
Fold the half circle again and spread out.
Glue all folded quarter circles to each other.
This creates a fanned semicircular arch.
Turn the pipe cleaner to a "J".
In the middle of the "shir" stick to the folding paper.
The (half) screen is ready!
Make the screen for hanging with the double number of folding paper. Glue the first and last folded quarter circles to close the "circle".
Hang screen with a thread. And thread a bead on top of the thread and knot over the bead or thread twice through the bead and pull firmly.
Now you can hang the umbrella.
We use crepe paper to make raindrops.
To tear small snippets out of the crepe paper.
Knock them together individually.
Cut out a few rubber boots out of clay paper and stick them on a sheet. Paint a "puddle" under the boots.
Paint on the leaf with colorful pencils a male who "stands" in the boots and stretches his hands upwards so that he can "hold" the umbrella.
Glue the screen on paper so that the male holds it in his hand. Paint water puddles at the bottom of the picture.
Glue the cracked raindrops.
Ready!

Hello discoverer of the adventure-market-side! Today I made the umbrella. It was very fast and was super light. I set up the umbrella and turned the pipe cleaner to an umbrella stand. That worked great. So it is also suitable for the game, e.g. with Playmobil-Männchen. You can see my result on the pictures.
Dear Jen, these are nice results. We are pleased that the craft trade has given you so much pleasure and thank you for your suggestions and game ideas. Other little adventurers can certainly benefit from this.
