Wash apples.
Remove core house and quarter apples.
Put apples in a pot.
Add some water and cook the apples softly for about 10 minutes.
Mix apples afterwards.
The apple porridge is ready.
Very tasty is the apple porridge when you refine it with cinnamon.
You can also keep it in the glass for a few months. Fill the glass quite full and close it still hot.
