This Easter nest is made of an egg box. The only bigger preparation for this is in the collection of moss. For this you can use moss from the meadow, but take only as much as necessary. For this upcycle project, cut the egg box as described in the instructions. Flowers are made from the separated cardboard tips. These can be painted colorfully and glued to the finished "nest" as decoration.
Take a look at the instructions and you can start now. You will also find another upcycle variant here. Have fun trying it out.

First, take an empty egg box and scissors.
Then cut into the lid a rectangular neckline. Cut out the complete smooth top of the egg box.
Separate the tips out of the egg box. From these you can make flowers to decorate your nest.
From every tip you can make a flower.
Cuts the "bag" on the four edges of the length after, up to half an inch in front of the tip.
Knock down the sides to the outside.
All four sides now stand off. This will be the individual petals.
Each petal is cut round with the scissors.
The first flower is ready.
Repeat this with the other egg carton bags.
Each flower can still be painted with acrylarbe, water color or finger color. Underlay a base so that your table does not become full of color.
Let the painted flowers dry well.
Then you can stick the flowers to the egg box.
This is what your finished nest could look like now.
Collect moss in the forest or on the meadow. Take only as much moss in nature as you absolutely need, moss is also a habitat for many small living beings and a great moisturizer for the soil.
Put out your egg box with some moss. The Easter nest is ready.
Take a paper shredder and commercials, shred them.
You get thin, colorful strips of paper, which you can also use to fill the egg box.
Finished is a colourful Easter nest, which is also very sustainably crafted.
