Put all the ingredients in the thermomix, stir the whole for 1 1/2 minutes at level 4-5 until a tough dough is formed (similar to a knetted dough).
Then chop off some dough with a teaspoon.
Now form a ball out of the dough pot and press it a bit flat.
Pulls the dough in two places a bit in the length that two rabbit ears develop.
Now forms the rabbit's head that everything has about the same dough thickness.
Put the rabbit heads on a sheet with baking paper.
Now bake your rabbit heads at 160 degrees hot air for about 10 minutes.
They're done when the underside turns brown.
Now you can apply lemon glaze to the rabbit's head. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until a thick liquid is formed.
Paint the finished rabbit heads with frosting. If the rabbit ears run too wide apart when baking, you can cut them with a knife.
Melts the chocolate glaze in the water bath or in the microwave.
Paints when the icing is dried, with liquid chocolate glaze on the rabbit face.
A thin brush (this should be new or only be used for baking!) and a toothpick are suitable for this purpose.
Your rabbit heads are ready as soon as the glaze is dried.
Put it on a plate and serve it.
Enjoy your meal.
