Have you ever designed a small needle cactus yourself? It looks pretty. It doesn't have to be poured. It can stand as decoration on the window sill, serve as a pin cushion. Also as a gift the beautiful little needle cactus is suitable.

Draw first a circle on the green fabric. For this you use one e.g. a round bowl.
Then cut out the fabric circle with the fabric scissors.
Now take the needle and a matching green thread.
Insert the thread into the eye of the needle and make a knot at the end of the thread.
Now stick around the edge with large stitches. Stays half an inch within the edge.
If you are all around, hold on to both ends of the thread and pull the threads together. Now the fabric circle looks together and looks like a stringed bundle. Let the threads hang along with the needle.
In the small opening you now stuff the floss. Stop the small bag firmly. Then sew the opening with a few stitches.
Now you need the insertion rubbers. Stretch a rubber between the thumb and the index and middle finger and slip it over the pocket. Repeat this with another two household rubbers. Then distribute the rubbers evenly around the bag.
Now fill a small flower pot with stones.
Then tie several toothpicks together with a household rubber. The rubber is located slightly above the middle of the length of the toothpicks. Then put the toothpicks into the sewn opening of the bag. Then turn the cactus around and put it in the stones with the toothpicks. The toothpicks are no longer visible.
Now the needle cactus looks like a cactus. The spines are still missing. Now you need the pins.
Finally distributes the pins in the fabric and the small needle cactus is ready.
Have fun with the needle cactus and when designing, decorating and/or giving away!
