Print template (in comment) and children cut it out.
Alternatively, you fold a paper in the middle and paint a half of a heart on it. You cut it out. Then just open the paper and the heart is finished.
Use the template to record a heart on the paper. Cut it out.
Tear small pieces out of the coloured transparent paper and crunch them.
Important: if you want to write "For Grandma" or "For Mother's Day" or... then do it before you stick the paper balls on.
Then glue the glue on the heart and the rolled paper balls.
