AdventurerKatziA new fine motor challenge is the crafting of this garland. With advertising brochures, children can practice the rolling and ringing of paper. For this purpose, their paper stripe pulls over an edge of a ruler or a pen. After that, they stick two thin paper strips together diagonally at one end. If you hang many of these ringing strips with a little distance over a string, then a garland is made of recycled material. Have fun trying it out!

First you cut the brochures in approx. 2cm wide strips.
Then you put a paper strip over the edge of a ruler (or pen). With your thumb you push the strip onto the ruler and pull the strip slowly and carefully over the edge. Thus the paper strip rolls in. Repeat the ringing of the paper strip on all stripes.
After that, two stripes stick to each other slightly obliquely at one end. A single part of the garland is ready.
The resulting items are now hanging over a string with a little distance.
