The Crêpes dough is made of ruck-zuck. The thin pancakes are a popular food among children. Thinly coated with chocolate cream (e.g. Nutella) or served with a ball of ice cream they are a delicious taste bud. Rolled together the crêpes are suitable as finger food for small hands. Try it yourself! You only need a flat coated pan!

Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!
Place all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl (or a smoothie maker).
Mix well with the hand blender.
Let the dough flow in the fridge for half an hour.
The dough is made without sugar and salt and therefore suitable as a sweet variant but also for strong variations!
Heat a large coated pan.
NO FETT OR OIL IN THE PFANNES!!! Because otherwise you will get pancakes and no crêpes!!!
Place a ladle from the dough in the middle of the pan.
Distribute immediately with a flat dough scraper the superficially still liquid dough of the round dough lump in a circular form, so that a larger round thin pancake is created.
Turn the dough as a whole as soon as it is no longer liquid and begins to brown.
Also fry the back just briefly.
Remove crêpes from the pan and place on a plate.
Sprinkle the still warm crêpes thinly with nutella.
On the warm crêpes the chocolate cream runs best!
Roll up narrowly from one side.
Halve the roll and possibly hand it to children for dinner!
Garnish with two balls of ice and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Or: put a ball of ice cream on the crêpes coated with Nutella and break in crêpes. Place another ball of ice next to it and refine with chocolate sprinkles.
Stay creative and create your own crêpes variants!
Maybe also with fruit or hearty with ham and cheese!
Have fun with it
