Flowers for the senses - Are you ready for a guess game, connected with a small craft? Then use the magic flowers and discover what sense is required when opening.
With every symbol, each player must perform an action that fits the mind. That is, a sound or a smell or a taste or something tangible. You can do this as a community action or play with speed in the competition. Have fun!

You can use these templates or paint your own.
The symbols for the senses are:
Ear -> hear
Mouth -> taste
Nose -> smell
Eye -> see
Hand and foot - > feel / feel
If you want to paint the motifs yourself, use this template.
Cuts out the flowers after printing.
Then cut the petals to the center of the circle.
Folds the petals inward to the centre of the flower. The petals overlap fan-shaped. This fold allows the flower to fold apart in the water and blossom.
An exciting action for children. Many children are amazed to see how the bloom opens slowly.
Put all the flowers in the water at the same time and see which flower opens first! Or make a small guess game out of it.
Game idea to the senses:
Mix the folded sensory flowers and draw a flower. Then put them in the water.
As soon as it becomes clear which sense is hidden in the sensory flower, you search and name it. For example, you can feel stones or grass with your feet, you can smell a flower or the smell of food when grilling or cooking.
Children learn to consciously perceive and describe and communicate their perception.
Have fun discovering your senses!
