Skewers with Laugen-Wiener sausage (Fingerfood)

These small finger food skewers are quickly prepared without much effort. Children can help wonderfully or prepare them alone.
You will need a thawed lye bar from the freezer (not baked) and a Viennese sausage. You will cut both into eight equal pieces and put them alternately on a short party skewer.
When you feel like it, you sprinkle the loin with sesame, poppy, hail salt or grated cheese. After 10-15 minutes in the oven, the delicious skewers are ready.
These skewers are also suitable for a finger food – buffet or as a snack on the go. They also taste very cold.
Have fun cooking, baking and enjoying!

Viennese sausage in the Brezelteig

"Hidden string sausages", "Wienerle im Laugen-Schlafrock" or "Wienerle im Laugen-Schlafrock" – no matter what we call them, the sausages are wrapped with a snake of dough.
The snake consists of a thawed lye pretzels from the freezer. The lye pretzels turn up so that a long snake is made of dough. While older children can turn up the pretzels independently, younger children certainly need some support. Try it out, because the baked sausages taste super tasty and also animate children who like to eat little and little.

Tip: Pack the sausages in the brezelteig as a break bread. They also taste cold the next day for lunch.

Experiment – Floating Fruit

A great experiment that you can do in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom (washing basin or bathtub). You will be amazed how enthusiastic the children are and how they stimulate this experiment to test the swimming behaviour or gravity of other objects.
