Paper bird making

This folded bird is a small fine motor challenge for primary school children, where finger skills are required. It starts with measuring and painting a paper strip with the dimensions 20cm x 2cm. Use a copy paper for this, because this can be easily processed. Then follow the illustrated instructions. Only after the folding you cut the head with beak and the tail feathers.

Bake ghosts (2 variants)

Bake these sweet ghosts for Halloween or for the carnival party. For each ghost you put a heaped teaspoon of dough on a sheet and bake it for 10 minutes at 160 degrees. Then you brush the smooth side of the baked ghost with a thick white lemon juice glaze and put two eyes of chocolate drops on it. The ghost is ready.

Sand tub for playing (with many ideas)

A mini sandbox for the terrace, balcony or garage. Fill sand in an old tin tub, wash basin or in a large bowl, look for smooth stones, shells, twigs, cones, feathers, corks, etc. Take what you find and discover and create your own little game world. Also small characters from e.g. Lego, Playmobil or Schleichtiere are wonderful.
