Find your ingredients and materials together, put on an apron, wash your hands and get started.
First you chop the chocolate with the knife small.
Fill the chocolate in a bowl and let it become liquid in the warm water bath while stirring constantly.
Weighs 150g of butter and let it soften at room temperature. Then you weigh 100g of sugar. Sugar and butter come into a mixing bowl.
Then pour the liquid chocolate into the mixing bowl with butter and sugar.
Now you stir everything with the hand stirrers.
If all the ingredients are stirred, you beat 4 eggs. Start with an egg. Beat it into the dough and stir it. Then beat the next egg to it, etc. Stir the eggs individually, because only then the dough becomes creamy.
Now you weigh 325g of flour and give it 1 packet of baking powder.
You'll need 50g of cocoa.
Now mix the dry ingredients together. Then add the dry ingredients to the moist dough and the milk at the same time. Now stir everything. Maybe you need a little more milk, but be careful that the dough should not become too soft!
Now you grease a gugelhupf shape - shape with hole - with margarine.
Then you sprinkle the greased form completely with bread crumbs. The excess crumbs do not stick, you can simply empty them out.
Now distribute 2/3 of the dough in the cake shape and press it into the shape.
Use a tablespoon for this. You dip this into something Me. Then you push the dough with the spoon to the edge of the shape.
The edge of the complete shape must be covered with dough.
Prepare the cheese filling now:
Put two eggs in a bowl, add
80g sugar,
1 vanilla sugar,
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder and
500g of food quark.
Then stir the ingredients with the hand stirrer to a smooth quark mass.
Now you fill the quark in the cake shape, lined with dough.
Now pour 100ml of liquid cream into the remaining cake dough and stir it with the hand stirrers. This makes the dough a little creamier and makes it easier to apply to the quark mass.
Now distribute the remaining dough on the quark.
Make sure the quark mass is completely enclosed.
Now place the cake shape in the oven preheated to 150 degrees. Bake the cake for 55 to 60 minutes.
Now let the finished cake cool on a cake grid.
Don't crash the cake until it's cooled down.
You can add chocolate glaze to the cake now.
Let this creamy chocolate cheese cake melt on your tongue!
Have fun baking!
