Put a soft blanket on the floor. Important: Toddlers do not manage to pull their head on the chest. Therefore, the best way is to try out the purple tree as a forward roll in a soft bed.

The child stands upright or squats. If the child is untrained, then stand sideways next to it. So you can give help.

Then the child bends the upper body forward and puts his hands shoulder wide on the ground.

The child should now lower the head and press the chin against the upper body at the level of the sternum. Make sure that the head is not put on the ground.
