Are the children restless and need movement? Then this game is just right. This movement game ensures fun and can be integrated into everyday life at any time. All you need is an object that rolls - a ball, an orange, an apple, a ball. Then you set a distance - e.g. along the corridor. Now it goes on your knees and from the quadruped stand, you roll the object along the track with your nose. Who first wins at the finish. You lack the space? Then look, there are of course alternatives.

Then you find a track that you can roll along this ball.
For example, through the living room, along the hallway or in the summer along the terrace. Determines now a start and a finish line.

Tip: A red wool thread can mark the starting line and e.g. a shoe box as a goal.

Now all children go into the four-legged position behind the finish line. On a starting signal, all of them stomp the ball with their noses on and roll it forward into the finish line. Who is first in the finish line, has won.

You don't have so much space that several children can roll the ball at the same time or the children are very different from the age? Then let the children roll the ball one after the other and stop the time. Who was fastest?

Tip: Let the children search for the objects themselves and let them try out what rolls or what rolls more easily. Thus they gain experience with everyday objects and their (physical) properties.

Have fun!
