Cut pattern pieces.
Fold half a sheet of paper so that a card is created.
Choose three patterns. Cut out a heart from each pattern.
Paint two stripes with a felt pen on the card. Place the cut out hearts according to your own wishes.

Hearts can also be provided with an edge.
