Mint and melissa taste excellent as a herbal ice cream cube in refreshing summer drinks.
In delicious ice cubes especially self-drawn herbs find a great use and become an eye-catcher at the garden party or the children's birthday party. Children experience the different flavors of herbs, get to know their own preferences and can also experiment with the herbs. Have fun!
First, you get all the materials ready.
Take an ice cube shape, your herbal leaves and water.
Tip: Try out the herb ice cubes with apple juice instead of water!
The next step is to pluck your herb leaves with your fingers, so that they fit well into the ice cube shape. The leaves should disappear completely in the recesses.
Pluck so many leaves small that you can fill all the wells with them.
Now fill the ice cube shape with water. Alternatively, fill it with apple juice, for example.
Then put the filled ice cube shape into the freezer. Make sure that the ice cube shape is straight, so that no water runs out.
Wait until the next day, then the ice cubes are fixed.
Now you push the ice cubes out of shape.
With the ice cubes you can now refine your water, your apple choir or a elderflower choir.
Have fun enjoying the herb ice cubes!
