From a rest of the plush fabric you can "conjure" a little monster without a template...
Children often watch when sitting on the sewing machine and would also like to sew something for themselves, because this "fast" sewing project is just right. And children's eyes shine...
Media Education for Kindergarten and Hort
Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!
Prepare material
Double-lay fabric (beautiful side inwards) paint monster body (see picture)
Put together with a needle and cut out with seam allowance (simply cut off slightly further outside approx. 0.5 cm)
Place felt twice and then attach arms with a needle. (See picture) several arms or different can also be painted!
Cut these out.
Open body And put your arm on the beautiful side in the middle with your hand inwards, the arm is a bit above the outside!
Put both arms so! Make sure that they are so far inside that they are not sewn tight! Only the sleeve can be sewn tight.
Put the second half of the body with the beautiful side down on it and stick to it.
Now sewn on the painted line! Once round, leave a 2 cm wide turning opening.
Turn the piece of fabric
The material waste can be put into the opening as a filling, so the mini monster becomes beautifully soft...
Fold the opening edge slightly inside and close the hem (sewing machine)
Glue the wobble eye or several wobble eyes with hot glue on the body. Finished is the little monster!
