This autumnal and wintery dessert is ideal for many guests. Make the yoghurt the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight. So the whey drips out overnight and a solid mass is created. This falls on a plate the next day and gets this beautiful yoghurt dome. Around this yoghurt dome you now place the fruit. The yoghurt bomb is a pleasure. Try it out.

For the next step you can use the mixing rods without cleaning them!
Now fill the yoghurt in another bowl and add sugar, vanilla sugar lemon juice and cinnamon.
Now you stir everything with the hand stirrup device.
Then lift the stiffly beaten cream under the yoghurt mass. Use a dough scraper.
The yoghurt is ready.
Now you hang a fine sieve in a large bowl. Attention, the sieve in the bowl must hang in the air so that the liquid can drain.
Now place a clean cloth in the sieve. Make sure that the cloth has as few folds as possible and that the overhanging cloth edge lies within the large bowl.
Now fill the yoghurt in the sieve.
Check if the overhanging cloth lies all around the inside of the large bowl.
Now put the bowl in the fridge.
Now you peel the apples and dice them small.
Then pour the small apples into a pot. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and a packet of vanilla sugar. Now pour a little liquid out of the glass of the pickled plums. Then you pour on the apples on a small level.
Meanwhile, you pour the plums into a kitchen sieve and pick up the liquid with a bowl.
Now you cut the drained plums small. Then you stir them under the hot apples. Finally you taste the mixture with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
Now you crash the yoghurt mixture from the bowl onto a plate. Then gently pull off the cloth. A yoghurt dome is created.
Then you spoon the apple plum compote around the yoghurt bomb.
Finished is a super delicious dessert.
Finally, you can sprinkle some cinnamon over the yoghurt.
Enjoy your meal and have fun preparing the yoghurt bomb with apple-prune compote.
