Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!
Lie down on your stomach and walk up with your hands (see photo). Keep short and repeat the exercise.
Make a Hampelmann. Clap your arms together over your head while your legs are close to each other. Then jump apart with your legs and take your arms down and close to your body. Repeat the exercise.
Touch your hands and dance in circles. Change direction in between.
Lie on your back and take the legs straight up. Hold the position briefly and then the legs down again. Repeat the whole several times.
Alternatively, you can simply do exercises for yourself. Children like to participate. Exercises that are too heavy for the children from the exercise process leave the children out or they invent a suitable exercise for them.
Finally, the child is allowed to climb on her back and they crawl through the apartment. Our children often like to climb on me during gymnastics. That's why they can't wait for this last exercise.
