You've all surely seen it when the wind sweeps through a pile of leaves in autumn! The leaves are lifted up into the air and make a spiral-shaped dance in the air. From these observations, this craft idea emerged. Take a cardboard roll and always cut along the bend of the roll evenly in a narrow strip until it is finished. A long paper spiral arises. You can now tap or stick to it a lot of large and small different autumn leaves. Hang it up at one end and see how it rotates further in the air, or use it as a leaf garland. Try it out, it's quite easy to do. Have fun with it.

Go collect leaves first.
Collects as different leaves as possible, different colors, types and sizes.
See that the leaves are not dirty and wet.
First put the leaves aside, first you have to cut your cardboard roll.
Take a cardboard roll, for example, from a kitchen roll or a toilet roll.
Cuts a piece into the edge of the roll with the scissors and begins to cut an evenly wide strip.
Always cut a strip of the same width and keep turning the roll. So you just cut out straight.
Keep cutting.
The already cut strip rolls spirally, that should be so!
When the cardboard roll is finished, cut out of the pair, and the spiral ends.
This is what the paper rolls spiral looks like now.
Now you need your collected autumn leaves and the paper spiral. Start at one end. You can see well what the inside of the paper roll was. You need now the outside of the paper roll.
Bends the strip something that shows the outside upwards.
Now place a leaf in the middle of the narrow stripe of cardboard.
With a stapler, the sheet is now tacked onto the cardboard strip.
Take another leaf and grab it as well.
Here you can see the tacker clamps. Make sure that the closed clamp is on the page of the leaf. Thus, the leaf holds better.
Bend the cardboard strip so that you always have the spot on top where you want to attach the next sheet.
The spiral of leaves turns in itself, along with the attached leaves.
Leave the spiral twisted, so it stays in shape.
The complete spiral is now completely decorated with leaves. Ready to use.
Decorates it as a leaf garland, for example.
Or as a beautiful autumn decoration around a lantern. Stay creative.
Have fun making.
