Set up your cutting board and a sharp knife and halve the banana first.
The shell remains on the banana, because the rest of the banana is protected and does not turn brown.
Then cut one half of the banana - with the shell - into the same thick slices.
Now you cut the bowl with the knife and release it from every banana slice.
You now have peeled banana slices.
Now you put a wooden skewer in every banana slice. The pointed side is in the banana slice. That's how the banana lollipops are created.
