A baking pleasure, if it has to be quick!
With small-cut apples and delicious sprinklings, a warm dessert is conjured up in no time. Even if guests spontaneously register, the apple crumble is a fast-made pastry.
Media Education for Kindergarten and Hort

Relief in everyday life, targeted promotion of individual children, independent learning and - without any pre-knowledge already usable by the youngest!

Fill muffin sheet with muffin barrels.
Or you'll grease the muffin sheet well.
The Streisselteig is made first!
First you weigh 100 g of butter.
Then take off 60 g of sugar and add the sugar to the butter.
Mix both now with the kneading of the hand stirrer. (If you knead with your hands, you can add the flour!)
Butter and sugar are now well mixed!
Now add 120 g of flour.
Then add a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Then you'll knead it all together.
Finished husk.
Now the apple mass is prepared:
Wash 2 apples.
Peel the apples with a peeler. (If you want, you can leave the peel on it!)
Now you gut the apples and cut them as small as possible.
Now drizzle her with lemon juice and add cinnamon, then mix well.
Roast a handful of almonds in a coated pan. Do not use fat. (The almond leaves contain enough fat, so no additional fat is necessary.)
Absolutely the almond leaves turn again and again, they get very fast color!
Remove the roasted almond leaves immediately from the stove and put in a bowl.
First, the apple mass is filled in the muffin forms.
You can also fill small glasses with it.
After that, the clover is placed on the apples.
Finally, you put some roasted almond leaves on it.
Then the whole thing comes into the preheated oven at 160 degrees of hot air.
The baking time is about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool down a bit in the mould.
Serve them for the afternoon or as a warm dessert.
Children can help a lot in this adventure. At the same time, they train their fine motor skills, dexterity, practice the peeling and cutting of an apple and gain a lot of tactile experiences. Especially when kneading and filling the sprinklings.
