First you need different promotional brochures. Take 4 to 5 pages and put them together as a pack.<\/p>\n

Place the brochures in front of you. Place your hand with spread fingers in the middle. Paint a large circle around your hand. Start at the inside below the thumb and paint a large bow around your hand to the other side.
\nOn your paper there should now be a large circle in which your hand lies.
\nWhere the arm is located, the circle is still "open".<\/p>\n

Paint a straight line down on your arm to the left and right.

\nCut out the balloon with the scissors. If you hold the papers on top of each other well, you can cut out several balloons at the same time.<\/p>\n

Take a cut-out balloon and stick two adhesive strips to the left and right of the balloon. <\/p>\n
