Rattle egg from papier mache

Make an Easter egg rattle.
You fill up a few grains of rice in an unblown balloon. Then you blow up the balloon, knot it and press the knot into the balloon with one finger. Then you glue the knot with adhesive strips, so that the balloon gets an egg shape. A case of cardboard mache stabilizes the rattle egg. Finally, you wrap the egg with a colored wool (possibly with colour gradient). Your rattle egg is ready.
