Advent cup candles
Today a fast and cost-effective way to design and decorate Advent candles. With 4 drinking cups, 4 tea lights and a chain of lights you can create an Advent mood in no time.
Advent calendar reindeer
Collect 24 tin cans. You need them for this Advent calendar. In each can fits a small gift, a small message, a nice saying or an idea for a common experience.
Make with the children these sweet reindeer and surprise them with the filled Advent calendar cans!
The cans can be used again next year, and something new can be made out of them.
Sew candle
We sew a candle. A piece of foam pipe insulation serves as filling. As a wick we use a piece of a branch and on it is inserted a sewn flame. The candle is also suitable for sewing beginners, look at the illustrated instructions.
This candle can be used in many ways, e.g. as first sewing projects for primary school children or as learning material for crib children or as decoration during Advent or for birthdays. See for yourself.
Candlestick made of lid (2 variants)
Collect caps and lids of any kind and color. From this you can make beautiful free gifts, such as these candlesticks. For this, stack the lids together as towers. Then glue your creation together with a hot glue gun piece by piece. At the end you put a large tea light or a stump candle on it and your upcycle gift is ready!

Design Light Window
"I give you a light!" according to this motto you can create a window. Especially this year, no lantern moves can take place in many places. In order to give the children a joy, when they walk with you and their lanterns alone through the streets, a light window is designed. Select a window to the street side, so that the light is also seen by the children.

Upcycle! We turn garbage for our lanterns! Reusable material such as empty plastic bottles and newspaper are excellent for crafting. Upcyclen saves money and time, because the materials are often all available at home and thus you can start immediately.

A simple lantern, which is made very quickly with a large punching punch. An empty plastic bottle serves as a blank. On butterbread paper the punched or cut out circles are glued as desired and glued as banderole around the plastic bottle. With a small light chain or electric lantern rod the lantern is quickly ready for use. Have fun!
