First cut the children from the crepe paper. The strips should be about 2-3cm wide and 25-30cm long. You need about 8-10 strips.
Then cut off small pieces of Tesafilm and glue the crepe paper strips into the cardboard roll.
If all stripes are glued around, you can drill through a wooden stick at the front part of the cardboard roll. If necessary, fix it with adhesive tape.
The windpants are ready. Now you need a rainproof place to put them up. Maybe on the balcony or terrace in a flower pot. Then you can watch the wind, the wind strengths. Have fun!
