This meadow chocolate with wild herbs is a pleasure for the eye and the palate. For this you only need chocolate jams and wild herbs from the forest, garden and from the meadow, such as daisies, sour clover, gunderman, the flowers of the dandelion, pigeon nettle or violet.
Add a pot of hot water, scissors, a potholder, a bowl, a baking tray with baking paper, a fork and a jam jar.
First of all you collect a handful of edible flowers, leaves and petals. Like daisies, sour clover, gunderman, the flowers of the dandelion, doubnettle or violet. Collect the flowers on less busy paths and meadows.
Then you wash the flowers and leaves and pat them dry.
Now you warm the chocolate jam in the water bath. For this, put the water in a pot on the stove and heat the water. Then put the jam in a bowl for melting.
Then a baking tray fills with baking paper.
Now you distribute the liquid chocolate on the baking tray.
Now you're spreading the flowers on the chocolate.
The chocolate is ready and very nice to look at.
