Children like to experiment and this also includes the element "water". Not only the fine motor skills are trained, the tactile perception, perseverance, concentration, patience, but also the handling of everyday objects is trained.
Select and collect items for fishing.
Fill a large bowl half full with water.
Next to the large bowl place a bowl for the fished out part.
Put "swimming parts" (I use small cars) in the water.
Now the child can fish out the floating parts with a small hand sieve.
Fished parts are collected in the small bowl.
Variations:
You can also fish the objects with other aids from the water: e.g. with a spoon, a rounded tweezer or a sugar tong.
Have fun!
