1

First send the children to wash their hands. Then the aprons are put on and then it can start.
Weighs all the ingredients and puts them in a mixing bowl.
Then knead all the ingredients with the kitchen machine to a smooth dough.

Tip: You can prepare the dough and then stick it out together with the children. Especially for small children, this variant is suitable because they often do not last the whole time.

2

Then roll out the dough evenly thin.
Now, with large and small star-extinguishing stars, there are equal numbers of stars.

3

Put this on a sheet of baking paper.
Bake the stars at 180 degrees of hot air for about 10 minutes.

4

After baking let the stars cool on the sheet.

5

Then you always put together two stars. Each one large and one small star.

1. jam and powdered sugar:
6

Put out the big stars. Then pick up some jam with a teaspoon and strip it with a second spoon in the middle of the stars.

Tip: You can also pick up some jam with the spoon handle and then remove it with your finger.

7

Then you put a little star on the jam and press it slightly.

8

Finally, with a sieve, spread the powder sugar over the cookies.
The first variant is ready.

2. Schocken spread and kaba powder:
9

Put out the big stars again. Now you pick out some chocolate spread on each big star. To do this, you best use a rounded knife.

10

The little stars put it on the chocolate spread and slightly press it on.

11

Finally, give her some kaba powder with the little hand sieve over it.

12

The second variant is ready.

3. Speculative and cinnamon-sugar mixture:
13

Put out the big stars again. Now you put a knife on each big star with a speculatius mark.

14

The small stars are then placed on the big stars.

15

Finally, spread your cinnamon-sugar mixture with a small spoon over it.

16

Ready!
So simple you have three variants of a dough with different flavors.

17

You can also use different shapes. Make sure that you use the same shape in two different sizes for terassen cookies.
We like these variants very much, as there is something for every taste!

18

Have fun trying it out!
