First you put out the craft pad and put all the materials ready.
Put the template on the felt strip and paint it on the edges.
Now pick up the scissors and cut out the template of the napkin ring.
Then you paint the template on the fabric residue and cut out these two parts as well. Now you can stick it on both ends of the napkin ring. Wait until it is dried.
Fold the felt strip in the middle and cut a small cut with the scissors in the middle of the strip, as shown on the photo.
The cut should be so big that you can put an end to it.
That's how your napkin ring looks now.
Roll the napkin and put it in the crafted ring.
