Is excellent as "resteverwertung". For example, if fried frying sausages were left from grilling! With salad cucumber and radishes a great fresh salad combination. Also fits well with pellets or a butterbread. Thus children also learn how to use food leftovers.

 5 Small radishes
 1 lb Lemon juice
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 tbsp Dill Fresh or dried
 2 lbs Cream
 possibly some water
 1 Cutting board
 1 Sharp knife
 1 Bowl

Cut the cold sausage into thin slices.

Wash and halve the cucumber. Cut the halves and into thin slices.

Clean radishes. Remove leaves and root thread and wash.

Halve and cut into thin slices.

Put everything in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper, as well as dill, lemon juice and cream. Add some water if necessary. Mix well.

Garnish and serve with radishes leaves or parsley.
